WHO WE ARE -

The Mentoring Program eases the academic and social transition to Colorado State University and the College of Business for underrepresented first-year students by providing a program community and one-to-one mentor relationships with junior and senior business students who support the new students throughout their freshmen year. Members are selected from a competitive application process based on outstanding qualities demonstrated throughout their college or high school careers. They are leaders within the College of Business and have access to social, academic, and professional events through involvement in the program.
